FAQ

Do you provide in-person and virtual therapy?

Yes, I see clients in my physical office space on Saturdays. I also offer virtual therapy offices some weekday evenings and Friday afternoons.

What can I expect?

I offer 45-minute sessions. During the first couple sessions, there will be history gathering and understanding what brings you to therapy. From there, we will look more closely at the concerns and put attention towards your goals.

Can you prescribe medications/do psych testing?

I am not a medical provider or a psychologist, which means that I am not able to prescribe medications or complete psych testing. I am more than happy to collaborate with my clients on a referral for a prescribing provider or psych testing.

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept any insurance. I accept cash, check, all major credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards through Stripe.
